Indigstree Database Subscription – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

Welcome to the Indigstree Database, a subscription-based digital platform offered by Indigstree Consulting & Research Inc. (“Indigstree”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your access and use of the database. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

By subscribing, you confirm that:

    • You are at least 18 years old or have the authority to enter into a legal agreement on behalf of an organization;
    • You agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
    • You understand that access is limited to the named subscriber and may not be shared.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Indigstree Database.

2. Scope of Use

Your subscription grants you non-exclusive, non-transferable access to the Indigstree Database for:

    • Research, reference, and internal decision-making;
    • Non-commercial use within your organization.

You may not:

    • Share login credentials;
    • Distribute, republish, or resell content;
    • Use data in a way that infringes on privacy, intellectual property, or applicable laws.

 

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

    • Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan (monthly or annually, etc.).
    • Payment is due in advance. Access will be suspended for unpaid invoices.
    • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise noted in these Terms.

We reserve the right to update pricing with advance notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

    • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach;
    • Use the database in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

5. Data Ownership and Rights

All content and data within the Indigstree Database are the property of Indigstree or its content providers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Subscription does not grant ownership—only access.

6. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your subscription without notice if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial periods unless otherwise agreed.

Upon termination:

    • Your access will be revoked;
    • All downloaded or stored content must be deleted;
    • Sections regarding intellectual property, limitations of liability, and indemnity will survive.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

We treat your subscription information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree not to disclose database contents to third parties outside your organization without our written permission.

8. Availability and Modifications

We aim to provide uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the database or any feature at any time without liability.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The database is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from your use of the database.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indigstree from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the database or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review them regularly.
